Armando Jimenez
Founder & Chief Engagement Officer
A proud DAD, son, partner, coach, mentor, student, leader, and community steward; Armando (aka Mando) is a native of Hartford, CT who earned his Bachelor's degree in Management Entrepreneurship from the University of Connecticut.
Mando founded The Tailored Compass in 2021 with the purpose to assist individuals and organizations to reach their full potential. He has valuable experience ranging from working as a Strategic Consultant for the United States Department of Defense, partnering with 70+ organizations to implement and improve organizational change through DEI, serving as an academic leader in several levels of education, and managing early careers and middle-management development programs globally.
Mando believes everyone (people and organizations alike) has something they hope to accomplish and he offers his expertise, services, and support to help them get there.
